RefectoCil 3.1 – Light Brown is an eyelash and eyebrow dye. The colour is very suitable for subtle accentuation of dark blonde to light brown eyebrows and eyelashes.
It can be mixed with all seven RefectoCil colours. Mixing with Natural Brown is particularly recommended. RefectoCil 3.1 – Light Brown is smudge- and water-resistant and lasts up to six weeks.
Application of RefectoCil 3.1 – Light Brown
- Cleanse the area around the eyes with micellar eye make-up remover and saline solution
- Protect with skin protection cream and eyelash shields or silicone pads
- Mix the dye with developer (liquid or creamy)
- Apply the dye to eyebrows and eyelashes
- 5-10 minutes processing time
- Remove the dye
