RefectoCil 2.1 – Deep Blue is particularly suitable for customers with light eyelashes. Deep Blue is a very fashion-conscious colour and stands out especially with blue eyes. This eyelash tint also pairs well with blonde and light blonde looks. When mixed with RefectoCil 4.1 – Red, it creates fascinating dark violet shades.

Application of RefectoCil 2.1 – Deep Blue

• Apply RefectoCil Mizellen Eye Make-Up Remover, saline solution, skin protection cream, eyelash pads, or silicone pads beforehand.
• The colour must be mixed with RefectoCil developer fluid or cream developer before application.
• Contact time is 5 to 10 minutes.
• Rinse off with clear water and cotton pads.
