The eyelash and eyebrow dye RefectoCil 1 – Deep Black is the classic application regardless of natural hair colour. This dye colours each hair deep black and is especially recommended for black or dark brown hair. The eyelashes appear even longer and more voluminous as a result. Application with RefectoCil 1 – Deep Black
- Prepare the area around the eyes with Mizellen eye make-up remover, saline solution, skin protection cream, eyelash pads, or silicone pads.
- The dye must be mixed with RefectoCil developer fluid or cream developer before application.
- Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes.
- Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
